Psychotherapist/Counsellor/Creative Arts Therapist (MIACP 17509)
Kevin O’Byrne is a Psychotherapist and working musician from Dublin who is extensively trained in the fields of psychotherapy and creative approaches; holding a H.Dip and Masters qualification in Psychotherapy (DBS), a BA in Commercial Modern Music (TUD) and training on NHS- accredited MSc. Music Therapy from QMU Edinburgh.
Kevin works under the mantra of #CuriousNotCritical, holding rigorous grounding in integrative psychotherapy whilst drawing from creative approaches to help clients deepen process, tap into inner creativity and move towards what is personally meaningful to the individual.
In addition to clinical practice, Kevin works delivering workshops to third-level organisations such as BIMM & NCAD as well as acting as an on-site events counsellor for Minding Creative Minds on events such as Electric Picnic and Ireland Music week. As of 2024 he will commence an IACP accredited post-graduate diploma in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy.
