I believe people have the resources within themselves to find answers and resolve their difficulties but sometimes need some help on this often daunting journey.
Counselling offers a safe and confidential space for this process.
I have worked with clients around a number of issues including: anxiety, loss, stress, work place difficulties, self esteem and confidence, and relationship and family difficulties.
I have experience in trauma work, having trained in EMDR (EMDR Europe Association) and am currently undertaking training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with the Sensorimotor Institute
