What does the 6-week mindfulness course cover?

The course is based on the world-renowned Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course founded by Mark Williams, Zindel Segel and John Teasdale. ​At the end of the course, you will understand what mindfulness is, the impact of mindfulness on your brain and a range of practical tools to lead a more mindful life. The course is structured around six modules.
