I work in a person centred way, helping clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, anger management, traumatic life experiences and bereavement, and day to day coping.
My background is in the field of disability and rehabilitation, where I have worked for the past 23 years, developing support strategies for people struggling with life's difficulties and those who find it hard to cope without support.
